PARENTING TEENS: or The Gift of Teens, and how to walk with them as Parents: Wednesday, January 22nd, 8pm-10pm at Esker Retreat Centre.

This 6-week programme begins on Wednesday January 22nd, from 8-10pm, and continues for a total of six Wednesdays- January 22nd, 29th, February 5, 12, 19, 26. The cost is €50 per individual for the full course, or €75 for a couple attending.

Programme touches on such tops as communication skills, listening, and ‘connecting’ with your teen, discipline and the importance of boundaries.
