Countdown to Kiltulla and District Vintage Show and family fun day
Kiltulla and District Vintage Club proudly launched the much-anticipated Kiltulla & District Vintage Show & I.V.E.T.A. National Rally 2024 on Sunday, 14th April, in the heart of Kiltullagh. A club spokesperson said that ‘It’s an honour for us to host the I.V.E.T.A. National Rally 2024 as part of our 7th annual Kiltulla & District Vintage Show on Sunday, 5th May 2024.’
All roads lead to Kiltullagh (H65 YX71), where families and member of the community are invited to join in the festivities. The event will boast displays by the Irish Vintage Engine Tractor Association (I.V.E.T.A.), showcasing vintage cars, tractors, trucks, motorbikes, and bicycles. Witness demonstrations of stationary engines, threshing, and stone crushing, as well as the captivating Emerald Roadmakers. This year, we’re thrilled to add a steam engine to our lineup.
Step into the AutoJumble area for treasures and explore old-time farming displays, including butter churning, woodcarving, and timber sawing. Stop for a bite at a range of food stalls while enjoying live music from Tradstone. We’re especially excited to bring back the dedicated children’s entertainment field and would like to thank the Kiltullagh Pioneers Soccer Club for volunteering their time in this field again this year.
Don’t miss the talk by John Barron from The Friends of Ferguson Heritage Ltd., followed by an interactive Q&A session. It’s a day filled with vintage charm and community spirit that you won’t want to miss!
